The Presidential Decree shall come into force as of the date of signature. The presidential decree said that the move was aimed at strengthening the protection of transport channels, transmission lines and natural gas pipelines passing through the Kerch Strait. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Hosnulin said late on the 8th that the railway bridge of the Crimea Bridge has been reopened, and passenger and freight trains can pass through, but the highway bridge of the bridge has only one lane open to traffic, and the second lane will be repaired as soon as possible. On August 8, a truck on the road bridge of the Crimea Bridge exploded, causing seven oil tanks of a freight train on the railway bridge parallel to the road bridge to catch fire, and some sections of the road bridge were damaged. The Russian Federation Investigation Commission said that according to preliminary statistics, the accident caused three deaths. An investigation into the cause of the explosion is ongoing.
