On September 17, the first batch of "Most Gained" reform cases in Guangzhou were released at the Guangzhou Smart City Operation Center. The event released the first batch of ten "Most Gained" reform cases in Guangzhou. It is reported that this activity collected reform cases from all levels and departments of the city, forming a pool of 197 candidate cases. Through social survey, roadshow review and other links, the top ten reform projects have become the first batch of reform cases with "the most sense of gain" in Guangzhou. Cases such as "taking the lead in exploring the pilot commercial registration confirmation system", "reform and innovation of the cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone system", "pay by disease (DIP) reform based on big data", "preferential enterprise policy" one door acceptance, completion within a time limit, "and" free application and instant access "were selected. For another example, Guangzhou took the lead in exploring the reform of "pay by disease (DIP) based on big data" nationwide, and the relevant innovative practices were highly recognized by the National Health Insurance Bureau and widely promoted nationwide. The Reform Office of the Guangzhou Municipal Party Committee carried out the reform evaluation work of "the most sense of gain", to promote reform by evaluation, to better grasp the "for whom" of reform, to better define the "what" of reform, to better boost the "spirit" of reform, and to encourage and guide Guangzhou's reform work to better match the development direction, grass-roots expectations, and the needs of the masses.
