The Japan Meteorological Agency announced on the 5th that at 17:00 on the same day, the super typhoon "xuanlanno" moved northeast in the Sea west of Kyushu Island at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour. The central pressure of the typhoon is 935 HPA, and the maximum wind speed is 144 km / h. 250 kilometers east and 165 kilometers west of the typhoon center are in the storm area. Heavy rainfall continued in some areas of Kyushu Island, Japan. Affected by this, Japan's West Japan Railway Company and Kyushu railway company announced one after another that many Shinkansen trains will be stopped or reduced in the typhoon affected sections on the 6th. The sea traffic from Kagoshima City to Yakushima will also be interrupted, and the supply of materials and postal services will be seriously affected. KCNA reported on the 5th that under the influence of "xuanlannuo", most parts of North Korea continue to experience heavy rain to rainstorm. According to statistics, from 4:00 on the 4th to 11:00 on the 5th local time, the rainfall in dozens of areas in North Korea exceeded 100 mm. KCNA previously reported that the DPRK's land and environmental protection department has started the work of preventing typhoon disasters. Emergency disaster and crisis response command groups at all levels have started the work of eliminating risks and strengthening them. It is also reported that due to the influence of "xuanlannuo", as of 14:00 local time on the 5th, a total of 361 flights from airports across South Korea failed to fly as scheduled on that day, and Jeju International Airport grounded all flights from 14:00 on the 5th. The Korean Meteorological Agency predicted that the precipitation in various parts of South Korea from the 5th to the 6th would reach 100 to 300 mm, and the accumulated precipitation in most parts of the country would exceed 200 mm.
