Ericsson cooperated with China Mobile to promote the implementation of 5g based full closed-loop comprehensive natural disaster management and control system

2022-08-30

Recently, Ericsson joined hands with China Mobile Communications Group Zhejiang Co., Ltd. and several partners to apply 5g technology to natural disaster management focusing on public safety. Previously, the 5g full closed-loop integrated natural disaster management system, a 5g key task cooperation solution developed by all parties, has been successfully tested in 10 cities in Lishui District, China. The program covers early warning analysis, natural disaster monitoring, command and dispatching, post disaster assessment and other aspects. It has been included in the demonstration project of "major natural disaster monitoring, early warning and prevention" of the Ministry of science and technology, and is expected to be implemented throughout the country. Specific applications include: "sky ground integrated monitoring network": it effectively solves the challenges of data integration and sharing, rapid deployment, coverage, construction and operation and maintenance costs, and ensures the rapid deployment of the network. "Multi disaster intelligent early warning model based on 5g innovation framework": it realizes rapid data transmission, unified processing and identification of multiple disasters, and greatly improves data processing speed and accuracy. "Auxiliary decision-making based on digital map model": build a three-dimensional model of disaster points through 5g unmanned mechanism. Through the three-dimensional model simulation analysis technology, the disaster is dynamically deduced, the impact range is simulated and analyzed, and the emergency evacuation route is created. "5g portable base station and emergency communication vehicle realize communication support": 5g portable base station, satellite portable equipment and microwave equipment less than 10kg can be used to provide 5g network coverage for disaster rescue points. "Model simulation assessment based on remote sensing images": Based on the field investigation results and the application of the assessment model, model simulation assessment is carried out on the disaster scope, physical damage and direct economic loss.
