A few days ago, the Ministry of culture and tourism held a press conference on the 7th China Intangible Cultural Heritage Expo. Relevant responsible persons of the Ministry of culture and tourism revealed at the meeting that 42 intangible cultural heritage projects in China have been included in the list of UNESCO intangible cultural heritage, ranking first in the world. The achievements are not easy to come by. They are both affirmation and encouragement. The inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage is not only a livelihood test, but also a development topic. Release the "cultural power" to better integrate intangible cultural heritage into modern life and better meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the masses; Activate the "development force" and turn the intangible cultural heritage "into a new engine for development, so as to better promote social progress and development. In this way, the "flowers" of intangible cultural heritage can bloom more beautifully in inheritance and innovation. To this end, we must uphold the bottom line of protection. Scientific understanding is the premise of protection. Intangible cultural heritage is a living existence. How to protect it is difficult to grasp, and there is often no previous experience to learn from. This makes the protection work very difficult. Only when we have a clear idea of this can we have a move in our hands and a strong foot. At the same time, we should strengthen the inheritance and utilization of intangible cultural heritage, so that intangible cultural heritage can truly live and go further. We should grasp the core of "people". As a "living culture", intangible cultural heritage is a living inheritance that directly depends on and acts on people. Therefore, from heritage protection to activation and utilization, from value interpretation to display and dissemination, intangible cultural heritage inheritance should closely focus on and rely on people. To cultivate and develop people, let the inheritor team grow continuously, and inject a continuous flow of talent "living water", so as to make intangible cultural heritage fragrant and lasting.
