All arts and crafts masters have been engaged in the design and production of traditional arts and crafts for a long time, with exquisite skills and high reputation. They are the backbone of the development of Arts and crafts in our province. We should continue to carry forward the spirit of craftsmanship, strengthen cultural confidence, concentrate on artistic creation, strengthen the inheritance and innovation of Lingnan excellent culture, actively cultivate more successors of the new generation, promote the high-quality development of Arts and crafts, and better serve the high-quality living needs of the people. The provincial Party committee and the provincial government attach great importance to the development of the arts and crafts industry and take a series of effective measures to protect and develop the arts and crafts industry in our province. Last year, the Guangdong Provincial Regulations on the protection and development of Arts and crafts was promulgated, which provides a clear legal basis for further promoting the protection and development of Arts and crafts. In recent years, the arts and crafts industry in our province has made great progress, creating a number of industrial clusters and characteristic areas, and professional talents continue to emerge. So far, there are 43 Chinese arts and crafts masters and 377 Guangdong Arts and crafts masters.
