Promote the realization of creative transformation and innovative development, and all pilot provinces -- let traditional crafts bloom brightly

2022-07-19

The traditional crafts jointly created by the people of all ethnic groups in China in the long-term practice of social life contain the cultural values, ideological wisdom and practical experience of the Chinese nation, and are an important part of intangible cultural heritage. Since July, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Department of the Ministry of culture and tourism has supported Guizhou Province, Shanghai and Zhejiang Province to carry out the pilot work of "promoting the high-quality inheritance and development of traditional crafts". What are the measures taken by the pilot provinces to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional processes? How will we explore innovation? The wax knife is used as a pen, and the beeswax is used as ink. One point, one painting, one hook, one winding, the exquisite lines leap on the clay cloth, and the patterns are instantly lifelike. For Zhang Yiping, the intangible cultural heritage inheritor of Miao batik technology in Danzhai County, Guizhou Province, the design of batik is an artistic creation that cannot be sloppy. Similarly, as an important instrument for ordering tea, one end of bamboo needs to be cut as thin as hair when making tea. Chen Jinxin, inheritor of intangible cultural heritage of tea making technology in Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, is always meticulous. In the north and south of the river, inside and outside the Great Wall, the rich traditional craftsmanship condenses the wisdom of the Chinese nation and tells the story of thousands of years of historical and cultural accumulation. In June this year, the Ministry of culture and tourism and other ten departments issued the "notice on promoting the high-quality inheritance and development of traditional crafts", requiring to improve the protection and inheritance system of intangible cultural heritage, promote the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional crafts, and better serve the economic and social development and people's high-quality life. Since July, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Department of the Ministry of culture and tourism has supported Guizhou Province, Shanghai and Zhejiang Province to carry out the pilot work of "promoting the high-quality inheritance and development of traditional crafts". What measures have the pilot provinces taken to protect traditional craft projects and promote the development and revitalization of traditional crafts? How will we explore innovation? The reporter conducted an interview. Enhance development vitality and help rural revitalization Fingertip technology becomes fingertip economy "We, a group of people, want to do this for a lifetime, because this traditional skill can't be lost." Zhang Yiping, 29, said. Jijia village, Yangwu Town, Danzhai County, Guizhou Province, is the hometown of Zhang Yiping. The villagers living here integrate plants and trees into cloth and wear nature on their bodies. The batik skills of the Miao nationality have been handed down from generation to generation, and the dexterous Zhang Yiping is even better at batik. However, the poverty and backwardness of the past can not keep young people, but also make the inheritance and development of batik technology in trouble. In 2014, Zhang Yiping, who worked outside the province, received a call from her mother, "said that the government planned to support the establishment of batik cooperatives, and asked me if I wanted to go home and take the lead." In the same year, the cooperative was officially established, and she returned home as the head. At first, more than 20 women joined. In 2015, with the batik products of the cooperative, Zhang Yiping rented a 30 square meter facade in the town. "Considering the start-up of the cooperative, the government helped lend 50000 yuan of low interest loans. I was responsible for expanding sales, the cooperative was responsible for product production, and the business was gradually on the right track." Zhang Yiping also insisted on studying batik technology and combining it with modern clothing, which has enriched the variety of products and increased orders. In 2016, Zhang Yiping founded a company to mobilize women to work in companies and cooperatives through the development model of "companies + cooperatives + individuals", so as to drive the masses to get rich and increase income. "The government also paid for training to let more people eat batik." Zhang Yiping said. Today, driven by Zhang Yiping, more than 200 people have increased their income due to batik, and the indigo and weaving industries have developed steadily. The company's annual sales amount to one million yuan, and many products have gone abroad. On July 1 this year, the intangible cultural heritage village built with the support of the government was officially put into use. The new mode of intangible cultural heritage tourism such as experience tour and research tour will bring new opportunities for the development of Zhang Yiping's batik industry. "There are 8 national, 22 provincial and 34 state-level intangible cultural heritages in Danzhai. We will integrate intangible cultural heritage projects in the county to create intangible cultural heritage villages and achieve 'group development'." Weishiyong, director of the intangible cultural heritage center of Danzhai County, said that visitors to the Intangible Cultural Heritage Village can experience silver forging, ancient papermaking, batik skills, etc., and feel the charm of traditional culture. Guizhou is a "rich mine" of traditional technology. In recent years, Guizhou has completed the rescue record work of three batches of 30 national intangible cultural heritage representative inheritors through digital multimedia means. In order to continue to promote the revitalization of traditional crafts, Guizhou has organized and implemented the "one million million" training project. Tens of thousands of people rely on traditional handicrafts to get employed and start businesses, helping traditional craft enterprises solve technological problems, improve product quality, and open markets. "Batik is the 'golden key' to change the fate of our hometown. Let more people know about batik, like batik, and make fingertip technology a fingertip economy. We will continue to do it." Zhang Yiping said. Integrate into modern life and bloom new brilliance Cultural dock becomes an exchange platform Cigarette lighting, ink making, air drying, gold painting... The ancient ink making process is complex, but the children who come to experience it are immersed in it. The new platform for the inheritance and practice of national intangible cultural heritage - "pen and ink Palace" is planned to be completed in Shanghai in September this year, and similar visiting experience will become the norm. The focus of the protection and inheritance of traditional crafts in Shanghai is to make the charming traditional crafts return to modern life in a more interesting and richer way. Located in Jiangkou and facing the Pacific Ocean, Shanghai naturally assumes the function of a cultural dock, creating a large platform for domestic and international exchanges and integration of traditional crafts in China. Since 2015, Zhang Lili, Professor of Shanghai Academy of fine arts, Shanghai University and vice president of Shanghai Vocational College of Arts and crafts, has begun to devote most of her energy to a national research and training program - the research and training program for people who inherit China's intangible cultural heritage. This project, initiated by the Ministry of culture and tourism, aims to improve the inheritance and practice ability by organizing intangible cultural heritage project holders, practitioners and other inheritance groups to study in Colleges and universities. Shanghai was one of the first provinces to participate. Over the years, under the guidance and promotion of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of culture and tourism, Shanghai colleges and universities have undertaken more than 90 training tasks, training more than 3000 students from all over the country. "When intangible cultural heritage inheritors come to Shanghai to participate in the research and training program, they will have a clearer cultural orientation for their inherited traditional crafts, intuitively experience the differences, differences and connections between contemporary aesthetics and traditional aesthetics, and better find the connection point between traditional culture and contemporary life." Zhang Lili said. In recent years, at Shanghai University alone, intangible cultural heritage inheritors from nearly 30 nationalities have arrived with the genes and seeds of traditional culture. "In this all inclusive soil, traditional crafts have produced beautiful flowers." Zhang Lili said, "we have made the inheritors of intangible cultural heritage cooperate with designers at home and abroad to design many works that conform to the aesthetic taste of modern urban life." At the Zunyi class in Guizhou in 2018, Zunyi rattan knitting and Phoenix Bicycle cross-border cooperation, released a rattan knitting bicycle front basket and newspaper rack, and finally mass produced, which was welcomed by the market. In addition, the "intangible cultural heritage living room" was built, the invitation exhibition of Chinese traditional crafts was held, and the first Guochao cultural and creative design competition took "intangible cultural heritage new experience" as the theme... In Shanghai, measures to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional crafts emerged one after another. "Only when traditional crafts are truly 'alive' and 'new' can they bloom with a new era of brilliance. Starting from respecting the law of intangible cultural heritage protection, based on Shanghai, serving the country and facing the world, we strive to provide new forces for the high-quality development of traditional crafts." Said the head of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Department of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of culture and tourism. Innovating development mode and strengthening publicity and promotion Intangible cultural heritage workshop becomes an experience center In the Jingshan Tea Workshop in Jingshan village, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, a group of foreign guests are experiencing tea making skills under the guidance of Chen Jinxin. Workshops that can work, visit and facilitate experience have provided Chen Jinxin with a development base. There is more than one workshop in Jingshan village. Around the tea culture, from tea frying, tea tasting to the production of tea products, a whole set of experience tours of Song Yun culture have attracted many tourists. VR experience hall, cultural and creative store, research and Learning Center... There are all kinds of places related to the development of traditional crafts in the village. Jingshan is famous for its beautiful scenery and tea. The traditional folk activity "Jingshan tea banquet" is a national intangible cultural heritage. There are also intangible cultural heritages such as "Jingshan tea frying technology", "tea making technology", "Matcha making technology", "Jingshan Tea Ancestor memorial ceremony" and so on. "We hope to break the boundary constraints of various intangible cultural heritage projects and open a new mode of 'one core and multiple points' development." Said Wang ZuLong, head of the traditional craft workstation of "the source of tea ceremony" in Yuhang District. Driven by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of culture and tourism, in December last year, Yuhang District selected Jingshan tea, the local most iconic tea, as the main base for the construction of the station, and established an intangible cultural heritage workstation with "the source of tea ceremony" as the cultural logo. In addition to the headquarters of the workstation, the workshop serves as an exhibition and experience center, as well as a transmission and exchange center, a digital experience center, and an intangible cultural heritage live broadcasting room. After seeing off the tourists, Chen Jinxin came to the tourist center in the village. A training for intangible cultural heritage inheritors is being held. From process promotion to product development to market operation, Chen Jinxin listened carefully. Chen Jinxin plans to open an online shop and launch a tea "manual experience suit to expose more people to traditional crafts. The product has not been launched yet, and the company contacted has come to the door. "Under the leadership of the government, we can rest assured that the workstation can cooperate and develop with external enterprises and scientific research institutions!" Chen Jinxin said. After class, Chen Jinxin went to the intangible cultural heritage B & B in the village and also brought a tea making experience course to the guests. "With the help of the workstation, B & B has become a popular clock in point, and its income has also increased a lot." Shopkeeper Zhang Hongyan said. In recent years, Zhejiang has continued to support the establishment of traditional craft workstations in the concentration of traditional craft projects and cultural heritage ecological protection areas to promote the construction of intangible cultural heritage carriers. At present, 20 provincial traditional craft workstations and 98 provincial intangible cultural heritage workshops have been established. "Relying on characteristic intangible cultural heritage resources, we strive to promote traditional crafts, promote the integration of intangible cultural heritage and tourism, and serve the high-quality development of economy and society." The relevant person in charge of Zhejiang Provincial Department of culture and tourism said. (outlook new era)
