We should put development at the center of the international agenda, sincerely seek development and work together to promote development. Second, we should unswervingly carry out low-carbon transformation. At present, there is a crisis in energy and food security. In particular, we need to strengthen the determination of transformation, not to waver, let alone reverse. Third, we should unswervingly work together. All countries in the world ride on a ship of common destiny. We should jointly build a global partnership for development and not let any country or individual fall behind.
