Recently, Shanxi issued the implementation opinions on accelerating the development of affordable rental housing (hereinafter referred to as the opinions). During the "fourteenth five year plan" period, Shanxi plans to raise 55000 affordable rental housing units (rooms). The opinions clearly states that affordable rental housing is mainly supplied to eligible new citizens, young people and other groups to help them solve their phased housing difficulties. In principle, there is no income threshold. Indemnificatory rental housing is divided into two types: residential housing and dormitory housing. According to the principle of "affordable income for tenants and sustainable rental operation", the rent of indemnificatory rental housing is lower than that of rental housing in the market of the same location and quality. The opinions pointed out that the construction standards of indemnificatory rental housing should meet the requirements of relevant specifications, and municipal utilities such as water, electricity, gas, heating, road and fire protection should be complete, and simple and environmental protection basic decoration should be completed to meet the basic occupancy conditions.
