Yin Li requested that all departments at all levels in the province should strengthen the party's leadership throughout the whole process and all fields of religious work, put religious work on the important agenda, strengthen the study of the party's religious work theory, principles and policies, pay close attention to the implementation of responsibilities, strengthen team construction, strictly enforce discipline and rules, consolidate the grass-roots foundation, and ensure that the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee on religious work is effective in Fujian.
