College students return home to raise shrimp and lead the villagers to get rich together

"Post-95" Liu Zhipeng chose to return to Qiaokou Town, Hunan Province to breed crayfish after graduating from university. "I think it's good to stay in my hometown and do a career. I can not only take care of my parents, but also help my parents and villagers bring goods to make money and help them sell all the vegetables in the vegetable garden." He said. At the end of 2018, tianxinping village cooperative in Qiaokou Town, Wangcheng District, Changsha transferred more than 2000 mu of land and recruited "shrimp king". Liu Zhipeng was attracted back to the village. "The countryside is engaged in land circulation, collective contracting and structural adjustment, and the whole region is encouraging aquaculture. I am interested in this aspect, so even if I was a monk on the way, I am full of confidence in the future." Under the policy support, on December 26 of that year, Liu Zhipeng contracted more than 400 mu of land, and officially registered and established Changsha Shanggu Agriculture Co., Ltd. on February 27, 2019, successfully starting his own shrimp farming business. Liu Zhipeng said that compared with other farmers, his breeding feature is the growth environment of crayfish. "Crayfish grow up in the lotus pond, and the environment inside is relatively more ecological, because crayfish will prey on insects and microorganisms in the lotus pond and also eat the tip of lotus root. These natural bait make them strong, clean and compact." In order to raise crayfish well, Liu Zhipeng also introduced a lot of black technology. If the crayfish is lack of oxygen, it will have a series of stress reactions, ranging from reducing food intake and weakening physique to getting sick or even dying due to the decline of resistance. In order to solve this problem, several experts from Wangcheng lotus shrimp industry cooperation and mutual assistance platform provided him with technical guidance and microporous oxygenation technology. "Microporous oxygenation has strong anti blocking performance, low noise in the water, power saving and energy saving. It can also directly oxygenate the bottom of the pond. It is the most suitable aerator installed in the shrimp pond at present." Liu Zhipeng said that such an oxygenation method can also accelerate the oxidation of ammonia, nitrogen, nitrite and hydrogen sulfide at the bottom of the pond and improve water quality conditions. In order to reduce the manual labor of workers, he also specially purchased a UAV for feeding. Liu Zhipeng said that it used to take at least one afternoon for workers to shuttle back and forth by hand in small boats in the middle of the pond to feed crayfish. Now, with drones, they just need to arrange people to stare at the shore and let the drones drop by air according to the fixed route, which can be completed in two hours. The growth cycle of crayfish is about one month, and may and June are the harvest season of crayfish every year. Liu Zhipeng said that he still remembered the scene of the first batch of crayfish being salvaged, and his eyes were full of green and red. "Cages of crayfish are alive and can fill several boats." While shrimp farming is booming, Liu Zhipeng is also thinking about how to drive the villagers to get rich together. "Because most of the crayfish are supplied to farmers' markets and restaurants, when delivering goods, I ask what the store needs, and then go to the surrounding farmers to discuss how to bring the goods for them according to their needs, so that they can also have extra income every month." Liu Zhipeng said that he wanted to use crayfish as a breakthrough to drive the agricultural and sideline products around the village, so that his parents and villagers could live a better life.
