These methods are easy to lead to more drowning incidents. For example, in June 2020, seven primary school students in Tongnan District of Chongqing drowned in trying to rescue a drowning companion, resulting in a bloody lesson. Life safety is the premise of all knowledge learning and ability training. If the safety of life cannot be guaranteed, all the ideals, significance and values of life will become nothingness. However, most of the time, under the pressure of exam oriented education and entrance examination, student safety education is often marginalized. It is normal to lack time, lack of resources, become a mere formality and lack of practical exercises. Many schools turn "safety education" into "safety management". As long as there is no accident here and now, they will try to fill students' time with courses that can produce "scores". Under the influence of this utilitarian educational policy, many primary and secondary school students will not use dry powder fire extinguishers until they grow up, let alone correctly deal with more sudden and urgent safety risks? In comparison, some developed countries are more "distracted" in safety education for primary and secondary school students. The results of safety education are directly reflected in that students generally have a strong sense and ability of self-protection. For example, as an island country with frequent natural disasters, Japanese schools have always been committed to communicating and coordinating with students' parents and other relevant departments, organizing students to participate in fire prevention, earthquake prevention and disaster prevention exercises, and their safety education has completely infiltrated students' daily life. Through legislation, Russia takes the basic knowledge of life safety as a compulsory course. According to the principle of step-by-step, students in grades 1-11 learn courses such as school safety measures, risk factors in cities, natural disasters and accidents and human safety, criminal extreme abnormalities, etc. safety education has become an important content of the socialization of primary and secondary school students in Russia.
