In this dirty environment, a worker is cutting a newly disassembled automobile engine with an electric welding machine. In the face of the prosecutor's inquiry, the worker said that he and other workers did not have a special operation certificate. After further understanding, the business scope of the recycling station is non productive waste metal recycling. Although it has a business license, it has not been filed with the public security organ in accordance with the regulations. Accordingly, Pujiang County procuratorate carried out a special supervision action in the field of waste metal recycling, used big data to sort out the data of more than 80 similar enterprises in the county, and went to the scene in groups to fix relevant evidence. The survey found that there are three kinds of non-standard operation problems in waste metal recycling enterprises, such as workers without special operation certificates, the purchase of productive waste metals is not registered according to law, and the site has not taken hardening, anti loss, anti leakage and environmental protection measures, which have caused serious damage to public interests. In September 2021, Pujiang County Procuratorate, together with the County Public Security Bureau, Emergency Management Bureau and Environmental Protection Bureau, held a consultation meeting to study the management subjects, remediation measures and other issues, and issued pre litigation procuratorial suggestions on administrative public interest litigation to relevant administrative departments after the meeting to urge them to implement their regulatory responsibilities, strengthen the publicity of laws and policies and improve the employees' awareness of abiding by the law.
