It is reported that at present, China has built more than 300000 characteristic industrial bases, and each poverty relief county has formed two to three leading industries with distinctive characteristics and a wide range of poverty. In the process of promoting the development of agricultural and rural industries, the development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas and other departments have also continuously promoted and optimized the interest connection mechanism of rural industries in a variety of modes to enable farmers to share more benefits. In the past, the increase of farmers' employment and income was mainly in the field of planting and breeding. With the deepening of industrial agglomeration, it began to continuously expand to the primary, secondary and tertiary industries through the whole industrial chain, and from the single agricultural production link to the whole industrial chain. According to the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas, after years of building, China has formed dozens of rural characteristic industrial clusters with an output value of more than 10 billion yuan, spawned more than 7000 agricultural industrialization consortia, improved the interest connection mechanism, and expanded the channels for farmers' employment and income. It is estimated that the per capita disposable income of farmers in the whole agricultural industry chain is generally more than 30% higher than that of other farmers.
