On the 5th of the 19th regular session of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of UNESCO, held in Asuncion, Paraguay, it was decided to transfer three heritage projects, namely "Traditional Textile, Dyeing, Weaving and Embroidery Techniques of the Li Ethnic Group," "Qiang Nian," and "Traditional Construction Techniques of Chinese Wooden Arch Bridges," from the list of urgently needed intangible cultural heritage to the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
