On October 31, 2024, workers carried out ballastless track slab paving operations at the construction site of Section 7 in front of the Anhui section of the Hexin Railway. As a key process in high-speed railway construction, ballastless track construction has high technical content and strict quality requirements. The Hexin Railway Line starts from the Hefei hub in Anhui, passes through Dingyuan, Mingguang, Wuhe, Sixian and Suqian in Jiangsu, and ends at the Xinyi hub in Jiangsu, with a total length of 343.5 kilometers and a set time speed of 350 kilometers. After the completion and opening of the Hexin Railway, the layout of the high-speed railway network will be further improved, and the economic integration between the Wanjiang Urban Belt, the Yangtze River Midstream Urban Agglomeration, and coastal areas such as the Shandong Peninsula and Liaodong Peninsula will be strengthened.
