For the newly introduced high-quality projects in low altitude economic manufacturing industry or the major capital increase and production expansion projects of enterprises settled in low altitude economic manufacturing industry, the municipal major advanced manufacturing industry development support incentive mechanism can be preferentially applied, and the subsidies of no more than 20% of the equipment purchase amount (excluding tax), fixed assets investment loan discount subsidies and factory rent subsidies can be given. Encourage local low altitude economic enterprises or institutions to participate in the "China Airshow", "Asia Airshow" and domestic and international aerospace themed exhibitions, and provide a subsidy of no more than 30% for their booth fees. The maximum annual subsidy amount for each enterprise's participation in the exhibition shall not exceed 500000 yuan. For light and small unmanned aerial vehicles, a subsidy of 30 yuan per flight will be provided, and each enterprise will not exceed 3 million yuan per year; Subsidies for medium and large unmanned aerial vehicles shall be provided at a rate of 90 yuan per aircraft and no more than 5 million yuan per enterprise per year; For large unmanned aerial vehicles with a single flight distance exceeding 300 kilometers, a subsidy of 300 yuan per flight and no more than 5 million yuan per enterprise per year will be provided. For freight route enterprises that simultaneously operate multiple types of unmanned aerial vehicles, including light, small, medium, and large, each enterprise shall receive a maximum subsidy of 5 million yuan per year. Low altitude economic enterprises that have been approved to open new unmanned aerial vehicle cross-border passenger routes locally and commercialize their operations (open ticket sales) will be subsidized at a rate of 400 yuan per flight. Low altitude economic enterprises that invest in the construction of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) takeoff and landing points, intelligent takeoff and landing cabinets, medium-sized takeoff and landing sites, large takeoff and landing hubs, eVTOL takeoff and landing sites, and other infrastructure that meet the needs of low altitude flight aircraft routes in Zhuhai, and have been in actual operation for more than 1 year, will be given a one-time subsidy of 50% of their actual fixed asset investment (excluding site purchase and rental, aircraft and software system procurement), with a maximum subsidy amount of 5 million yuan per enterprise per year. Priority will be given to supporting low altitude economic enterprises to apply for national and provincial major talent projects through the Zhuhai channel. On the provincial-level major talent project local independent evaluation platform, a certain quota will be allocated to overseas talents of low altitude economic enterprises. Support the talents of low altitude economic enterprises to apply for the "Zhuhai Talent Plan", and implement housing, medical care, registered residence, children's education and other benefits; For low altitude economic enterprises with an annual output value (sales or operating income) of 20 million, 50 million, or 100 million yuan for the first time, they will be granted city level talent project self-evaluation quotas by classification and grading. Supplementary Provisions (1) This measure applies to low altitude economic related enterprises or institutions whose registration location, tax collection and management relationships, and statistical relationships are within the scope of Zhuhai City (excluding the Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone), have independent legal personality, comply with credit management regulations, and are mainly engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of eVTOL, flying vehicles, and large, medium, small, light, and micro unmanned aerial vehicles, core component research and development and manufacturing, low altitude flight and support, commercial operations, etc. （2） The bonus funds involved in this measure will be shared according to the proportion of urban tax sharing. Each responsible unit should promptly formulate and issue implementation rules or operating procedures, and implement the full process management of relevant fund project performance. The specific implementation shall be based on the application guidelines issued in the current year, and the final bonus amount shall be determined according to the financial budget arrangement. If there is overlap or intersection with other policies, the enterprise shall choose to apply independently. Encourage each district government (management committee) to introduce low altitude economic synergy supporting policies, and each district shall bear the reward and subsidy funds on its own. （3） This measure shall be interpreted by the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology in conjunction with relevant departments.
