It will thoroughly clean up and dispose of false and infringing information related to enterprises and entrepreneurs, resolutely crack down on malicious speculation, and investigate and punish websites, platforms, and accounts that infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and entrepreneurs in accordance with the law. The notice points out that this special action will focus on addressing ten types of online chaos, including counterfeiting and impersonating others' enterprise names, registered trademarks, brands, etc., opening websites, registering accounts, listing apps and mini programs, etc; Disclose business secrets of enterprises, fabricate private life topics of enterprises, hype entrepreneurs' personal privacy, and disclose entrepreneurs' personal information such as biometrics, medical health, financial accounts, whereabouts, home address, ID number and telephone number; Engaging in illegal and irregular activities under the guise of enterprises or entrepreneurs, and using the name and portrait of entrepreneurs in violation of regulations; Using methods such as distorting the original meaning of the news, extracting past statements from entrepreneurs out of context, and unilaterally interpreting corporate financial statements to interfere with the normal operation of the enterprise. According to the notice, the special action will establish a dedicated working team, improve the workflow, and actively accept and dispose of illegal information involving local enterprises and entrepreneurs; Carry out work supervision, increase supervision efforts, track and evaluate the processing efficiency and quality of local website platforms, and strictly hold accountable website platforms for inadequate implementation of work.
