Wang Ting, a PhD in International Journalism and professor at the School of Drama, Film and Television of Shenzhen University, shared her research findings and experiences on "International Communication and Effective Communication". Wang Ting expressed that under the new situation, China should establish its own international communication strategy system, achieve coordination between communication entities and media, strengthen the construction of crisis communication capabilities, attach importance to the setting of communication agendas, shape a visual impact of communication forms, and make good use of new communication channels. She particularly emphasized that emotion is the soul of international communication, and telling a good Chinese story requires exploring global common values and striving for resonance. Xie Yifei, director of the Shenzhen (Dongguan) Center of Guangdong Satellite TV and producer and host of the "Silk Road Collection Living Room" program of Guangdong Satellite TV, described how to transform grand themes into the vision and context of international communication with the theme of "cross-cultural communication and co construction". She believes that in order to do a good job in international communication of public culture, it is necessary to first stand up to political positioning and integrate into national diplomatic strategies.
