AEO Advanced Certification Enterprise is the enterprise with the highest credit rating among foreign trade enterprises. Taking the AEO service of Xinyi as an example, this incentive policy will optimize the customs clearance and inspection process for honest enterprises, accelerate the efficiency of empty container inspection, and reduce the inspection proportion according to law. Currently, there are more than 10000 enterprises with a credit rating of A, taxpayers with a credit rating of A, and senior customs certification enterprises in Huangpu District, including high-tech enterprises and various outstanding small and medium-sized enterprises. For example, credit enterprises are prioritized as key enterprises in school-enterprise cooperation with technical colleges to carry out internship and employment recommendations, and resources are given preference for enterprise talents to enter Huangpu; In terms of "credit+financing services", through the measures of "Xinyi Loan" and "Xinyi Guarantee", we will give priority to recommending honest enterprises to banks, encourage banks to develop financing products suitable for their risk characteristics, and provide preferential policies such as loan interest rates and business processing.
