In February, the sales price of newly-built commercial housing in first-tier cities rose 0.2% month-on-month, the same as that of last month; The sales price of second-hand housing rose 0.7% month-on-month, 0.3 percentage points higher than that of the previous month. The sales price of newly-built commercial residential buildings in second-tier cities rose 0.4% month-on-month, 0.3 percentage points higher than the previous month; The selling price of second-hand residential buildings increased by 0.1% from 0.3% month-on-month. The sales price of newly-built commercial residential buildings in third-tier cities decreased by 0.1% month-on-month to increase by 0.3%; The sales price of second-hand residential buildings fell 0.4% month-on-month to flat. 2、 The sales price of commercial residential buildings in first-tier cities rose year on year, and the year-on-year decline in second-tier and third-tier cities narrowed in February. Among 70 large and medium-sized cities, the sales price of new commercial residential buildings rose year on year in 14 cities, a decrease of 1 compared with the previous month; The sales price of second-hand housing rose by 7 cities on a year-on-year basis, an increase of 1 over the previous month. In February, the sales price of newly-built commercial residential buildings in first-tier cities rose 1.7% year-on-year, down 0.4 percentage points from the previous month; The sales price of second-hand housing rose 1.0% year-on-year, 0.1 percentage points higher than that of the previous month. The sales price of newly-built commercial housing and second-hand housing in second-tier cities decreased by 0.7% and 2.9% respectively year on year, with a decrease of 0.4 percentage points compared with the previous month.
