Recently, the National Law Popularization Office issued a notice to release the list of the fourth batch of national legal publicity and education bases. 41 units, including the Constitution Square in Shunyi District, Beijing, were identified as the fourth batch of national legal publicity and education bases. The circular requires that the competent law popularization authorities of all provinces (districts, cities), central and state organs should give full play to the exemplary and leading role of the fourth batch of national legal publicity and education bases, carry out in-depth legal publicity and education, strengthen the concept of the rule of law for all people, and guide all people to be loyal advocates, conscientious followers, and firm defenders of socialist law. We should fully attract people to participate, popularize the law for the public, make full use of new technologies and media, focus on interactive communication and immersive experience, and constantly enhance people's sense of well-being and security.
