According to AFP, more than nine months after the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, Ukraine announced on the 29th that it had received a French multiple rocket launcher system (LRU) equivalent to the American high mobility rocket launcher system ("Hippocampus"). The Ukrainian Defense Minister Alexey Leznikov said on Twitter: "The LRU is coming! The Ukrainian army is stronger now." It was reported that he did not specify how many LRUs the French side had delivered, but Sebastian Lekolny, the French Defense Minister, said in an interview with the Daily Sunday on November 19 that France would send "two sets of LRUs for deep ground strikes" to Ukraine. According to the description on the website of the French Ministry of Defense, the LRU has a range of "about 70km" and the accuracy of hitting the target is "within 1m". According to the report, in recent months, Ukraine has used several foreign rocket systems, including the highly accurate American "Hippocampus" to attack Russia's rear defense lines, especially the supply lines. According to reports, in an interview with the Sunday Daily, Lekolny also made it clear that Paris would deliver "two sets of 'Diamondback' ground to air missile systems" aimed at Russian suicide drones. He added: "We are still studying Ukraine's demand for radar, because detection before the strike is crucial." (Outlook New Times)
