After four years of reconstruction and expansion, the new Guangxi Museum was opened in Nanning on November 28. After reconstruction and expansion, the area of the museum has increased from 21000 square meters to 37000 square meters, of which the exhibition area is about 10000 square meters, and the number of cultural relics displayed has increased from more than 600 to more than 3000. The Guangxi Museum, founded in 1934, is a provincial comprehensive museum of history and art, and one of the first national first-class museums in China.
