The reporter learned from the State Administration for Market Regulation on the 6th that the State Administration for Market Regulation (National Standards Commission) recently approved the release of the national standard "Data Specification for Official Vehicle Management Platform", which is the first national standard in the field of official vehicle management in China. This standard focuses on strengthening the full lifecycle governance of official vehicle data, specifying the basic requirements for official vehicle data management, platform data content format, and data management and maintenance. It provides guidance for data collection, storage, processing and transmission, exchange, analysis, application, and security management involved in the development, upgrading, operation, and maintenance of official vehicle management platforms. It is reported that this standard is conducive to breaking the "data silos" in the management and operation of state-owned assets among various departments and levels of government agencies and institutions, laying a solid technical foundation for gradually achieving cross departmental system connectivity, cross level data sharing, and multi business management collaboration, and further promoting the coordinated scheduling and efficient use of official vehicles. At the same time, this standard is also conducive to guiding the government vehicle management departments at all levels to carry out the construction and maintenance of official vehicle management platforms in accordance with standardized and unified data content formats and technical requirements, avoiding the waste of manpower and financial resources caused by repeated platform development, and further promoting the implementation of diligence, thrift, and frugality by party and government agencies.
