On February 13th, on the K210 train from Guangzhou to Ningbo, a special job fair made the dining car carriages lively. The positions offered at this job fair include frontline technical positions such as operators, painters, and packers, as well as technical research and development personnel, mechanical designers, and foreign trade salespersons. It is reported that this is the fifth consecutive year that the train has held a job fair. Transforming the dining car compartment of the train into a job fair and delivering job opportunities to job seekers through a "mobile platform" reflects the sincerity of the government and enterprises in promoting employment. After the end of the Spring Festival holiday, many migrant workers went out to search for jobs. On the train they left their hometowns and entered the city, they organized companies with demand for useful personnel to "recruit ahead". This is not only a form of innovation, but also reflects the humanistic care and social responsibility of the government and employers. At the same time, it brings more opportunities and choices to job seekers. Indeed, job fairs on trains may not be as formal as those organized in specialized venues. The limited space and short running time of trains may not allow for sufficient communication between employers and job seekers, but such efforts and attempts are valuable. For key employment groups such as migrant workers, they face limited resources, connections, and fewer job opportunities compared to other groups. Seeing their difficulties, innovating employment service scenarios according to local conditions, and pushing positions closer to them is also a form of humanistic care. It should be noted that the current key groups of employment, including college graduates, youth employment, employment placement for retired soldiers, and employment for migrant workers, generally face not a lack of employment opportunities, but a lack of satisfactory employment opportunities for themselves. On one hand, there is the "employment difficulty" faced by some key groups, and on the other hand, there is the "recruitment difficulty" faced by a large number of manufacturing enterprises in the eastern region. It cannot be said that there is no reason for the lack of employment services between the two. Innovating employment service forms, achieving precise matching between job seekers and positions, and bridging the "last mile" of employment services can not only alleviate the structural contradiction between "recruitment difficulties" and "employment difficulties", but also convey social respect and care for workers. Employment is the most basic livelihood. The Central Economic Work Conference held at the end of last year proposed to promote employment for key groups and implement policies to support industries and employment. During the Spring Festival, the "Spring Breeze Action" will continue to hold online and offline recruitment activities in various regions, providing job information for migrant workers and meeting the employment needs of different job seeking groups. Special cars, trains, and charter flights will also be provided to help workers return to work early and enterprises start work early. A total of 22000 recruitment activities have been held nationwide, 15 million job positions have been posted, 15000 special vehicles, trains, and charter flights for migrant workers have been dispatched, and 370000 workers have been transported. It is these continuous efforts that enable enterprises to "find" and talents to "go" to meet each other, laying a solid foundation for promoting employment and benefiting people's livelihoods.
