Among them, there are 15 consumers, 1 operator, 1 other stakeholder, 2 experts and scholars in related fields, 1 representative of the Provincial People's Congress, 1 member of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, 4 personnel from relevant government departments, and 1 social organization personnel. The hearing will have an audience seat with 5 spectators. Among them, 15 consumer participants can be selected through voluntary registration, through random selection and inviting news media to supervise on-site. Participants such as business operators, other stakeholders, representatives of the Provincial People's Congress, members of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, social organizations, and relevant government departments shall be recommended by relevant units, organizations, or their respective units and hired by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission.
