The clearance mode of the Greater Bay Area Port Group has opened 53 routes

The Guangdong Branch of the General Administration of Customs of China announced on the 17th that the customs has deepened the reform of regional logistics integration. As of now, 53 routes have been opened for the clearance mode of the Greater Bay Area port group, and more than 220000 standard containers of goods have been transported this year. It is understood that the General Administration of Customs of China has recently deployed a centralized cross-border trade facilitation special action in 17 cities across the country. The Guangdong branch, in conjunction with Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Huangpu Customs, and other directly affiliated customs within the province, actively introduced customs support measures. Among them, the Guangdong Branch has cooperated with the Guangdong Provincial Port Office to introduce a total of 22 measures, including smart port construction, support for the upgrading of the foreign trade industry, and the healthy development of new business formats. For the first time, the special action scope has been expanded from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Dongguan to other cities in Guangdong Province. Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Huangpu Customs have issued a total of 68 detailed implementation measures to continuously improve the level of cross-border trade facilitation in the customs area. At present, the Guangdong Branch actively promotes the customs clearance modes of port groups such as "combined ports" and "one port connection" in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area. In the first half of the year, three new routes have been added, totaling 53 routes, and more than 220000 TEUs of goods have been transported this year. Intensify credit cultivation efforts for cross-border e-commerce platform enterprises, foreign trade comprehensive service enterprises, small and micro enterprises, and other market entities. In the first half of the year, the province added 52 advanced customs certification enterprises (AEOs). In terms of optimizing the customs clearance and supervision of import and export goods, we have continuously improved the level of port territorial cooperation and convenience of territorial inspection. In June of this year, the overall customs clearance time for Guangdong's imports and exports was 10.78 hours and 0.61 hours, respectively. (New News Agency)
