As a young Hong Kong entrepreneur in Qianhai, I feel very excited. The development prospect of Dawan district is very broad. I chose the right place to start a business here. As a "post-90s generation", I have been interested in innovation and entrepreneurship since childhood. When studying in the Chinese University of Hong Kong, I began to invest in the research and development of "anti loss system", hoping to use low-power Bluetooth and other technologies to manage the security of goods. In order to make innovative ideas take root, I chose to start a business in Shenzhen Qianhai in 2016 and settled in Shenzhen Hong Kong youth dream workshop. My "innovation dream" starts from here. Qianhai has an active venture capital environment. We have obtained the first round of financing of 3million yuan, and also enjoyed the support of talent housing and subsidies. The development of the company is gradually on track. Before, we made great efforts to innovate and start businesses in order to achieve our own goals. After listening to the general secretary's instructions face to face, I have a sense of mission. I feel that it is not only for myself, but also for more young people in Hong Kong. I hope that I can be like a beam of light and a flame, which can drive my peers to innovate and start businesses in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. Since then, I have strengthened my confidence in scientific and technological innovation. The entrepreneurial project "carry on treasure" of my partners and I is to make carry on items intelligent. We have developed an intelligent suitcase that can be unpacked vertically, which can be positioned during shipment. It also has functions such as charging, loss prevention, intelligent weighing, fingerprint unlocking, etc. Writing algorithms, coding, looking at circuit diagrams, making development boards... After repeated tests and technical upgrades, we finally achieved it! Now we have applied for more than 20 patents, obtained the recognition of national high-tech enterprises, and launched four different products. In 2021, the sales volume exceeded ten million yuan, and the development of the company has entered the fast lane. It has been nearly six years since I came to Qianhai. New changes are taking place here every day. I really feel the reform and innovation spirit of "the special zone in the special zone" and the vigorous vitality of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay area. More importantly, many policies here are tailored for young people in Hong Kong and Macao. From the office space with a good environment to the talent apartment where they "carry their bags", from the entrepreneurship assistance policy to the lectures on legal affairs and taxation, a series of policy supports have enabled more young entrepreneurs to take off their dreams here.
