There were 7 new cases of asymptomatic local infection, 5 cases in Shenzhen and 2 cases in Dongguan. There were 7 new confirmed cases imported from abroad in the province (2 of them were confirmed by asymptomatic infection), and 1 case was reported in Guangzhou from South Korea; Foshan reported 1 case from Singapore; Shenzhen reported 2 cases, Zhuhai reported 2 cases and Jiangmen reported 1 case, all from Hong Kong, China. 36 cases of asymptomatic infection were newly imported from abroad, 15 cases were reported in Guangzhou, 5 cases were from Solomon Islands, 2 cases were from South Korea, 2 cases were from Kyrgyzstan, and the remaining 6 cases were from Laos, Kazakhstan, Iraq, Bahrain, Nigeria and South Africa respectively; Foshan reported 2 cases, respectively from the Philippines and Saudi Arabia; Shenzhen reported 11 cases, Zhuhai reported 5 cases, Zhongshan reported 2 cases and Jiangmen reported 1 case, all from Hong Kong, China. 67 cases were newly discharged, and 979 cases are currently in hospital. Novel coronavirus pneumonia positive infection was reported in 12464 cases (7839 cases imported), as of March 25th, 24 cases, including 6526 cases (3704 cases imported) and 5938 cases of asymptomatic infection (4135 cases were imported abroad).
