It is mainly reflected in the following four aspects: From the party's leadership, it is clear that the management of military retirement service "adheres to the party's leadership, is in charge of the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the military retirement service management organization organizes and implements it"; It is proposed to improve and innovate the party organization work of retired military cadres and enhance the political function and organizational power of the party organization of the military service management organization. In terms of service content, we will clearly implement the honorary convalescence system for retired military cadres, promote the construction of retired military universities for the elderly, and encourage retired military cadres to give full play to their advantageous role and continue to contribute. In terms of service mode, by promoting personalized, socialized and grid services, and strengthening the construction of institutionalization, standardization and informatization, we will provide diversified service guarantee for the majority of retired military cadres, especially key personnel such as disabled, retarded, elderly and living alone. In terms of institutional construction, it is stipulated that the military retired service management organization should strengthen infrastructure construction, carry out aging transformation according to local conditions, strengthen file management and safety management, establish a service management supervision and evaluation system with the satisfaction of military retired cadres as the main content, and strengthen the ability, quality, style and discipline of staff.
